LIFESTYLE PHOTOGRAPHY.
Photography and capturing life in stills is my passion. I've always been interested in people and love building relationships with my clients, which enables everyone to feel comfortable and at ease. Essentially capturing a person's true self is what drives me, particularly when documenting an event where I strive to freeze frame a second that may otherwise be unseen, forgotten or lost. As well as posed session shoots I really enjoy taking natural images of people where they don't necessarily know I'm taking the picture. I'm happy being both sides of the camera which benefits clients when I can physically demonstrate what I'd like them to do.
I love working with children and we tend to have a lot of fun as I'm quite happy jumping around, laying on the floor, wading in a river or standing waist deep in the sea to get intended shots. For me, there's something special about reportage photography, being able to tell a visual story through picture imagery is very exciting. A documentary of life - "Life in Pictures".

Me as a person
I grew up in Essex and worked in various positions in London's City and West End. I moved to Launceston, Cornwall 16 years ago to raise my family. The beauty and diversity of the sea and landscapes inspired me constantly and contributed to originally fuelling my passion with photography.
I pride myself in being a people person and have always worked where I have close contact with clients and the public. I love all things creative.....dance, drama, design, costumery, art, interiors, exteriors, fashion, music and TV/Film Extra work. I am involved with a theatre company also and help out with the children whilst acting alongside them. I believe my involvement with this helps me to direct clients of all ages in photo sessions and weddings which allows them to relax and be themselves, enabling their characters to shine through.
I specialise in Weddings, Family, Portraiture, Events, Model Portfolios, Actor Headshots, Fashion, Business Promotional, Corporate, Show Performances and Lifestyle Imagery.
